Refund policy

Refunds are only given for items that were damaged as a result of the seller. Returns are not allowed on most items except for items that do not appear under Enamel Pins, Stickers, Prints, or Handmade. If items appear in Apparel or Mugs, they are eligible for returns and exchanges through Printful. I will assist your customer service experience. Digital items are not refundable. For items damaged in shipping (where items are shipped directly from me), I will simply mail you another. No return is necessary. If, in rare cases, a return is necessary, refunds will not include shipping. Please let me know if you have any questions!
